Changing gray parameters: is it possible?

Hello all,
I want to start a new game in the Italian league, but while on vanilla FIFA MANAGER 14 it is possible to change the number of teams in the several leagues, the same can not be done in the FCM13 version, since almost all areas (number of teams, relegation rules and so forth) are grayed and not-editable.
Is there a way to "unlock" such parameters, so I'll be able to edit them without having to reset the whole league system? (A titanic work which I do not want to do!)
