I hope everything is ok with you.
I had to re-install Fifamanager 16-17 on a new laptop. When I try to import via snapshot the dbs file I had prevìously saved, I receive the message "Can't open Rules.sav for writing" and this happens with any dbs I try to upload.

Is this something connected with Windows10? Any suggestion?

rules.sav is "protect in writing"
and why do you want to open it ?

you juste have to say "ok" to install it.
