For negative finances, I don't know if our scripter has made the English league. He will tell us when he will see this message.

The no scheduled loans in the game is voluntary. Everything is at the moment "M", as is done in other similar games. We had already manage tens of thousands transfers , if in addition we must manage the loans that change daily, with permanent roundtrips and and other events ...

Jjacq, I made all the leagues and countries in the financial way.

Now for the explanation for the cash negative, it's my vision of the real finance of the clubs, not a bug.
And it adds a little bit more difficulty level for this game.

A lot of clubs have debts IRL, and almost all the english teams (or spanish, Italian) so they now will start with negative cash in the game.
But the season budget will still be almost like IRL too

Now with these teams (having debts) you should also have to earn money to fill in this negative cash.
But with such teams, in 1 or 2 years in the game you will be in a positive cash

If this financial approach is not yours, you can change in the editor the initial capital of all the clubs !
And restart a career.
But you will get very huge Season budget, and then there will be no more challenge in this game...
