Fifa Manager 14 will not start

Hello. sry for posting in english but i dont speak french

I was installing Fifa Manager 14 to play for the first time in a long time(many years)
but nothing happens when i try to start the game. first time i got a blackscreen and it was stuck there but
after that nothing happens when i try to start it. i have tryed to put it in comp 8 mode without any result.

i was realy looking forward to playing this game again :(

My computer is pretty new.
i7 cpu
32gb ram
3070 gpu

Realy hope someone can help me. tnx in advance
