FM asking for resolution

Hi
When I try to open the game, clicking on the shortcut on the desktop, it's asking for the resolution. I can chose anyone and I can't go furher, the windows doesn't close and the start doesn't start

I inserted "Windowed 1" in the file "user.ini" but now the game doesn't open at fullscreen.
When I start a new game, I have a window with the game open and cannot change it to full screen
How can i change it to full screen?

For the first problem, I have no solution, it never stuck.

For the other request, the exact term is WINDOWED=1, which must be removed or put in the .ini file. While knowing that this can generate a mouse problem, which does not want to come out the windows for example.

And it seems to me that the window size changes according to the selected resolution.

I deleted the shortcut and opened the game from the game directory, but still have the same issue
The game doesn't open in full screen mode
Any solution?
