International Youth Camps

Salut!
Mon francais n'est pas assez bon, je vais utiliser anglais.
Is it possible to add all 207 countries to the "New Youth Camps" tab?
I saw this done with FM14, but FM11 also with the Total Reality Mod.
FM 12 is my favorite and I just want to stick with it.
I hope someone could still give me an answer here, I know FM12 is an old topic.
