Hello,how can i make this game more harder for me,because when u train your young players after 3rd season u win evry league about 20pts differance from above team

Personally I find the game too easy too, but you can take a very weak team and you will see that it is not the same story, after me I do not buy more players for example

But it seems clubs under control of PC not training players at all...they dont get 5 or more levels per season, i think this makes game easy as u play more seasons

Ok, game looks very easy if you start with a big club, and if you adequately manage your players and staff.
By the way, you can also set all the parameters to difficult.
The real challenge is to start with a club in a low European championship - Malta, San Marino or Andorra - or in a national inferior league - and make your club progress year after year.
But if you are looking for a greater challenge, in that case you have to play with Football Manager.
