Game crashes at the end of season 1

I'm at the end of season one in Romania League 1 and after the screen that shows the results of the world cup/european cup (goal scorer,winner, etc.) my game crashes.What should I do? Thank you for the time you put in this game! (edit: i forgot to say i edited the ratings for some players but no transfers or club changes at all)

updating the game will make you loose all the changes you made.

but if you never update the game before doing this, it's the only way to resolve your problem.
