Hi. How can I add my own face? (I know that I have to cut off face from the photo, resize it to 160x160) and then what? Should I name it smth special?

So, when I click go, game counts days, but at the end (when it should load inbox screen etc.) it stucks for a long time, like it's loading infinitely (and when I click "cancel" button, it doesn't do anything). Sometimes it loads after 20+ minutes, and sometimes it doesn't. What's the prob?
